We are looking for an Administrator to join our road space management team in Aylesbury. You would be responsible providing technical administrative support and governance within the Roadspace Management Team. The role requires a good level of attention to detail, good communication, an organised individual with capable IT skills including social media exposure. The successful candidate will have researched into Street Works and be looking for a naturally progressing career opportunity.


o Experience within a demanding administrative role
o Good communication and organisational skills
o Ability to work well as part of a team
o Good geographical knowledge of Buckinghamshire area would be advantageous 
o Good IT Skills (eg) MS Office, Outlook + bespoke systems 


o Respond to routine enquiries from utilities, contractors and the general public in connection with the Permit Scheme, NRSWA, TMA, HS2 issues
o Help to resolve any invoice / charge enquiries and disputes
o Maintain the Street Works Register and participate in all routine office activities 
o Assist with the input of text and data for a variety of purposes and to maintain specific record systems 
o Provide the necessary liaison of permit conditions prior to granting or refusing the permits 
o Ensure all processes and systems are applied consistently across the county 
o Supporting with administration for TTRO’s, Filming and Events on highway
o Any other duties which may, from time to time, be delegated by the post holder's line manager
